David Harbour commemorates wrapping shoot for Black Widow with a hilarious farewell message to his character
One of the most exciting films in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) Phase 4 has to be the well deserved standalone movie for Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff. Aptly titled as Black Widow, the Cate Shortland directorial also marks the entry of David Harbour, O-T Fagbenle, and Rachel Weisz into the MCU. As per the storyline, Black Widow depicts Natasha's journey between Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018). There are also rumours brewing about a possible Robert Downey Jr. cameo as Iron Man in the movie.
While the team is in the midst of completing the shoot of Black Widow, David recently wrapped shooting, as revealed by the actor himself via a hilarious Instagram post. We will see the 44-year-old actor play Alexi Shostakov aka Red Guardian alongside Scarlett. Talking about how he is relieved to shave his 'Walt Whitman' beard off, we see Harbour hugging a mannequin while his hair is tied in a cute man bun. "Goodbye, long, scraggly, surprisingly soft, Walt Whitman beard. Adieu, beige hotel room. Goodnight sweet strange mannequin I never knew what to do within the corner of the room," the Stranger Things star begins as his caption.

Bidding farewell to his character, David added, "Farewell Alexi, you big bold bright burly hope of Russia, you complicated tortured soul, you guardian of the red. #itsawrap #blackwidow #redguardian."
Like we needed another reason to adore this man!
