We're just a few days away from watching Elizabeth Banks' version of Charlie's Angels. An unconventional but kickass cast featuring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska as the deadly trio will use their beauty, brains and braun to save the day while looking like a million bucks. You would think that this trio is being unapologetically sexy, but that was never their intention. Or so they told us when Pinkvilla got to EXCLUSIVELY chat with the lovely ladies in New York.

When you meet them, you instantly get the vibe of a deep friendship, that goes beyond what we get onscreen. During our candid talk, the actresses spill the beans on playing potential superheroes in the future, doing intricate action sequences as well as epic dance moves and more. In the movie, Naomi's character Elena, in particular, faces sexism at the hands of the higher-up men in the company she works for. Hence, the question was raised on whether they too in real-life have faced sexism in Hollywood.

To this, Kristen shared, "There's a certain way of navigating communication that a woman has to do a certain amount of placating and kind of messaging personalities. We can't be as loud because then we come across as sort of abrasive whereas a guy can be extremely assertive and not be called a bitch. So that's something that we all have to deal with every day, not just in the film industry but it's a nice little example, microcosm of that. We all have to function a little differently in order to be heard."

Naomi added, "I once got asked what would you, if there was any advice you would give to your younger self and one of the things was just to ask for more. And, weirdly enough, I remember watching Liz Banks on set when I was shooting a movie, the first time I met her on another movie - Power Rangers, and I remember watching her and just learning how to assert yourself."
