Frozen 2 refuses to let go at the global box-office as fans and critics alike can't stop praising the sequel to the 2013 hit, Frozen. Including a phenomenal voice cast, which is headlined by Idina Menzel as Elsa, Kristen Bell as Anna, Jonathan Groff as Kristoff and Josh Gad as Olaf, we are welcomed to Arendelle and find out more about Elsa and Anna's past and why Elsa got her magical powers in the first place. Moreover, we also get an intricate look into the love story of Anna and Kristoff.

According to Forbes, when it comes to the global box-office numbers, Frozen 2 has crossed the $700 million mark and stands proud at $739 million, in just 12 days. In the second Friday to Sunday weekend, the US box-office numbers stand tall at $85.2 million while the Thanksgiving holidays saw a $124 million collection. In comparison, the opening weekend numbers were $130 million. Hence, the numbers are pretty impressive for the animated flick. The $86 million second-weekend collection makes history, as it marks the biggest non-opening weekend for an animated film, beating the likes of Incredibles 2 ($80 million) and The Lion King ($77 million).
