Godzilla vs. Kong: WB releases FIRST trailer; Two monsters lock horns in an epic battle on worlds

Godzilla vs. Kong’s first trailer is out! And while the pandemic took over the whole world and put a damper on everything, there’s no stopping the two monsters. The movie is slated to release in theatres on March 26. Staying true to the style of the franchise’s previous films, the first trailer has multiple jaw-dropping showdowns between the two monsters.
The story by director Adam Wingard tells a tale of a shackled Kong being transported across the sea to find his true home. “We need Kong. The world needs him to stop what’s coming,” says geologist and Kong pal Nathan Lind in the trailer. So it is likely that Kong is representing the good people aka the humans.
As the trailer unfolds, Godzilla’skiller fighting instincts root fear deep inside the viewers before the fighting has even begun. When Godzilla slices a ship in half, fighter jets scramble to fire missiles at the mighty dorsal plates on Godzilla’s back, and his giant tail knocks them out of the sky. Which is when our hero Kong enters and roars toward the underwater depths, and Godzilla arises to start wrecking everything. In the trailer, the scientists believe that the reptile is being triggered by something purposely, but we’ll leave that mystery as is until the film releases.
While there is no guessing who will win, one can only hope it’s the good guy aka Kong. Stay tuned to find out more about the movie.
