Trust Lady Gaga to surprise millions of her fans with every Instagram post and you will probably never be left disappointed. From a sneak peek into her life to films and music projects, the singer continues to surprise us all. She did just that recently when she posted a drop dead gorgeous photo with Adam Driver leaving fans wondering what the two were exactly up to. In the picture, Gaga and Adam can be seen surrounded by a thick blanket of snow as they themselves are bundled up in heavy winter wear. 

Turns out, the picture is actually their first look from Ridley Scott's film House of Gucci. The murder biopic revolves around Italian businessman and head of Gucci house Maurizio Gucci and his ex-wife Patrizia Reggiani. Gaga will be essaying the role of Patrizia who was convicted of ordering his 1995 murder by a hit man. Adam Driver will take on the role of Maurizio Gucci and the duo definitely looked stunning. 

Sharing the picture, Gaga captioned it, "Signore e Signora Gucci #HouseOfGucci." Fans were stunned by the photo as they flooded the comments section. "Nothing could prepare me for this photo," wrote one. While another remarked, "And the oscar goes to..."

Just a few days ago, Lady Gaga left for Italy to begin her new project. The singer has now confirmed that it was indeed the shoot of House of Gucci. 

Both Lady Gaga and Adam Driver have scored an Oscar nomination in the past. While Adam was nominated as Best Actor for Marriage Story in 2020, Lady Gaga was nominated in Best Actress category for A Star Is Born in 2019. That year, she won an Oscar for 'Shallow' as best song.
