The 59-year-old actor Hugh Grant went to see the record shattering film Joker in a cinema only to find that volume levels at the theatre were unbearable. The Did You Hear About the Morgans? actor complained about the pointless and high-volume levels during the screening of the Joaquin Phoenix starrer Joker. The theatre did respond back to the actor seeking apologies for the pain he had to bear while watching the Todd Phillips directorial and also added they will forward his complain about the unusually high volume to the appropriate team.

The Four Weddings and a Funeral actor Hugh Grant hit back at the theatres response by saying that how would they know which location of the theatre did he see the film Joker. The string of tweets between the cinema and the Music and Lyrics actor ended in the actor giving details of the theatre and screen where he saw the Joaquin Phoenix starrer Joker. The Florence Foster Jenkins actor Hugh Grant made a remark in his tweet that while he was watching the film Joker, with such unendurable volume levels the joke was on the audience sitting in the theatre which also included the actor.

The Joaquin Phoenix starrer Joker is performing exceedingly well at the box office. Many film critics had called the film violent and inappropriate even before the film's release on the big screen. The box office experts are hoping that this DC film will surely cross the 750 million dollars mark in worldwide box office collections.
