Louis Partridge recently appeared in a lead role alongside Millie Bobby Brown in Enola Holmes 3. Now, in a recent interview, the actor has responded to ongoing speculation about the next James Bond and the possibility of taking on the iconic role.
Is Louis Partridge set to become the new James Bond?
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Louis Partridge said, "I don't have much to say about it. It definitely would be very exciting, and I'm a big fan of James Bond. Who isn't? Ever since I first saw him, I've been really amazed. So, let's see."
During the conversation, the actor also spoke about his friendship with Millie Bobby Brown. He said, "I remember feeling pretty close from the first film, but we were such young kids when we started. We were 15 and 16 respectively. Since then, so many things have changed in our personal lives. I feel like the same person, but slightly different. It's like how every seven years your cells completely regenerate. Ours will have completely regenerated since then."
He continued, "In some respects, we're quite different people individually, but when we come together, it's like we regress. That's not a bad thing. It's like we remember how to be young again. Seven years is a long time to know someone, especially during that stage of life. It's also said that friendships lasting more than seven years tend to stand the test of time."

The film follows Enola as she prepares to marry Lord Tewkesbury, only for her wedding plans to be interrupted by the mysterious disappearance of Sherlock Holmes. As she follows a trail of cryptic clues stretching from Malta to the aftermath of a conflict, Enola uncovers a larger conspiracy linked to stolen Afghan gold and the return of her longtime adversary, Moriarty.
With Sherlock taken captive, Enola, Tewkesbury, and Dr. Watson race against time to uncover the truth, leading to a climactic confrontation that puts Enola's intelligence and courage to the ultimate test.
