Jake Gyllenhaal makes a rare red carpet appearance with longtime girlfriend Jeanne Cadieu. On Sunday, at the Paris premiere of his upcoming action thriller Ambulance, the couple enjoyed a french date night. The pair exuberated pure joy as the two posed for the cameras which they normally avoid doing as they prefer to keep their romance away from public scrutiny.

For their red carpet looks, the duo kept it rather simple yet sophisticated as Gyllenhaal was captured wearing a dapper tailored aqua-blue jacket along with a coordinated white shirt and black pants. Cadieu who is a 26-year-old French model, on the other hand, went for the classic little black dress with a touch of glam as her attire sparkled through the night when lights reflected from its pattern shone brightly which she paired with minimalistic black ankle boots.

However, this was not their first time on a red carpet together. The couple made their debut back in October last year when they posed with Peter Sarsgaard and Maggie Gyllenhaal at the New York Film Festival on the premiere carpet for Gyllenhall's sister Maggie's directorial debut The Lost Daughter. The pair were first linked together when rumours of their romance started going around in 2018 but then sparks turned into flames when they were snapped together in New York City around the same time.

In a previous interview with Esquire, via People, Gyllenhaal had opened up about his relationship with Cadieu and revealed that the pandemic led him to realise the importance of family as he shared, "In a lot of ways, we're family. I'm in a relationship that is full of love and support. I feel so at ease.'
