Jumanji: The Next Level: The Rock posts a hilarious yet emotional tribute to his other 'wife' Kevin Hart
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson took to his Facebook page to share a hilarious yet emotional tribute to his other 'wife' and Jumanji: The Next Level co-star Kevin Hart, who recently returned to work post his deadly car crash at Mulholland Highway, Los Angeles. Check out the heartwarming video below.
The Rock and Kevin is a bromance we absolutely adore! From Central Intelligence (2016) to even Hobbs & Shaw, their friendship onscreen and offscreen is something to be rivaled with. September 2019 was especially tough for Kevin when he was involved in a deadly car crash at Mulholland Highway, Los Angeles. After undergoing back surgery and recovering from said injuries, Hart returned to work by joining The Rock and the rest of the cast members of Jumanji: The Next Level for the global press tour of the action-adventure flick in Mexico.
Taking to his Facebook page, Dwayne shared a seven-minute tribute to his close friend, which was part-hilarious and part-emotional. Documenting their press tour shenanigans so far, the duo is seen making fun of the other; whether it be Kevin getting scared of butterflies and moths or even Johnson's adoration of small men like his co-stars Hart and Danny DeVito. However, during their interview rounds, the duo touched upon the 40-year-old comedian's accident and how it impacted his mindset on life.
The 47-year-old former WWE wrestler was quick to note that his heart stopped beating when he got the heartbreaking news but that he's especially proud of how Kevin has recovered and come back stronger from the low point in his life. The two even spoke candidly about how their lives have changed for the good because of their undeniable bond and friendship.
The Rock wrote, "7min of my “other marriage.” Me and Kevin Hart always have THE. BEST. time and love giving each other “the business” all day long. But this past year we realized just how fragile life is - it can all be taken away in an instant. Gone. And the most important things in life, are the ones that are always right in front of us. Family. Friends. Life itself. Love you man. Nothing but love and respect for you, you son of a b----. See you in Europe. The tour continues.. #Jumanji #TheNextLevel #GlobalPressTour"
We adore this bromance and how!
