It was back in 2018; the same year when Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin reconciled, got engaged and secretly married at a New York courthouse, when the lovebirds purchased their first Beverly Hills home for a whopping USD 8.5 million. According to People, Justin and Hailey have officially sold their 6,132 square foot mansion for USD 7.955 million, taking a loss of USD 545,000.

According to the Zillow listing for Justin and Hailey's five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house nicknamed 'The Tropics' was sold with assistance from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars Matt and Josh Altman and Dalton Gomez, who is engaged to Ariana Grande. Interestingly; as revealed by Steven Schaefer and Jay Luchs, who represented the buyer, the buyer wasn't charmed by the fact that Justin Bieber owned the LA home as it had no bearing on their decision. "Justin Bieber owning the home had no bearing on the buyer's decision, but it doesn't hurt for resale," Schaefer informed People.

Moreover, the buyer didn't just get a discount but also got the LA mansion fully-furnished as Biebs had revealed in a previous Instagram post that he would sell The Tropics with all the furniture. It was in October 2020, when the Biebers put The Tropics on the market but not before purchasing an 11,145 square foot, seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion in Beverly Park back in August.

"The beautiful master suite boasts soaring vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, stone-filled bathroom and massive custom closet. Offering ultimate privacy with tall lush greenery, the backyard showcases the epitome of California living with an infinity pool, water feature, BBQ and cabana with a fireplace," the description continued.
