Terminator: Dark Fate was one of the highly anticipated films of 2019 as it was revealed by James Cameron to be the direct sequel to Terminator: Judgement Day (1991), hence disregarding the previous Terminator installments in between, which failed to thrill the fans. Yesterday, on November 1, 2019, the Tim Miller directorial, which also marks the reunion of the original trio (Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton and Cameron), released in India and all over the world. Loyal fans have been terming the film as the "real successor" to Judgement Day.

One person who is a big fan of Terminator is Arnold's darling daughter Katherine Schwarzenegger. Katherine, along with husband and Avengers: Endgame star Chris Pratt went to a theatre recently to watch Dark Fate and were left in awe. While Chris revealed his "surreal" experience about seeing his wife have tears streaming down her face and at the edge of her seat while watching her legendary dad on screen, Katherine took to her Instagram page to share why she cried. It was because she was extremely proud of her father's achievements, especially with the Terminator franchise. The 29-year-old author shared several adorable throwback photos of the daddy-daughter duo from the sets of previous Terminator films.

Check out the heartwarming IG post below:

Katherine wrote, "Went to opening night of Terminator last night and yes, I cried, but this time it was not out of fear that my dads face was going to stay bloody and metal (you can imagine me processing this at a young age), I cried this time because the movie is SO GOOD and I am SO proud of my dad! Go make weekend plans to see it!"

Too cute to handle, indeed!
