Kristen Stewart recently revealed she would be interested in starring in Robert Pattinson starrer Batman. However, her Seberg co-star Anthony Mackie has another role in mind for her. The two stars were present at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) to promote their upcoming movie when they got down to discuss the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Mackie, who plays the Falcon in the MCU, will be seen sporting the Captain America shield in the Disney Plus series titled The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

While the actor did not spill the beans about his show, which also stars Sebastian Stan, Variety asked him if there was room for a gay character in the show. The actor took no time to respond that he feels Kristen would be a perfect fit to essay the role of a gay female Falcon Captain America, if there was a scope of such a character on the show.

Her Kevin Feige, are you listening? The comment comes days after Kristen confessed she was asked to hide her sexuality and she might bag a role in a Marvel movie. "I have fully been told, ‘If you just like do yourself a favor, and don’t go out holding your girlfriend’s hand in public, you might get a Marvel movie,” she told Harper's Bazaar. Well, well. With the future of Marvel changing, we would be interested to see Kristen join the MCU as a superhero, if not the gay female Captain America. Marvel made headlines for confirming that they will introduce MCU's first openly gay superhero in The Eternals in the form of Ikaris. So it would definitely be an interesting addition.
