The Little Mermaid has made its way into the lives of Disney fans for the very first time in 1989. It was the 28th animated feature film from Disney and made a big place in the hearts of people because of its fascinating plot. Now, after almost 30 years, ABC has brought a live musical specially for the fans of this famous story. The event brought Auli’I Cravalho as Princess Ariel, Graham Phillips as Prince Eric, John Stamos as Chef Louis, Queen Latifah as Ursula and many others.

 

The musical was appreciated by the fans because of live performances by the talented cast of this event all over the internet. Amber Riley of Glee opened the musical event with style, after which it was all about the cast of the show. Talking about the biggest moments from the night, Queen Latifah’s Ursula was the highlight of the show. But, it was the leather jacket of Shaggy that caught the eye of everyone followed by a meme fest comparing him with Michael Jackson, Britney Spears and others. Also, many people lost their hearts to the graceful Auli’i Cravalho who was portraying Disney’s princess Ariel.
