Martin Scorsese is one of the greatest filmmakers of all-time and there’s no doubt that everyone is a devotee of Scorsese’s visual art. But, the veteran director started a huge debate in Hollywood by saying ‘Marvel movies aren’t cinema’. After which, the cast, crew and fans of Marvel movies assembled for the ultimate war of words with Scorsese. Now, Kevin Feige is the latest one to reveal his thoughts on Scorsese’s remarks.

Recently, Feige was present on The Hollywood Reporter’s podcast Awards Chatter, and he explained that it’s hard for him to believe that Scorsese said these things actually. As Feige stated that, “I think that’s not true. I think it’s unfortunate, I think myself and everyone who works on these movies loves cinema, loves movies, loves going to the movies, loves to watch a communal experience in a movie theatre full of people.”

It’s easy to understand after having a look at Feige’s comments that he respects Scorsese from his heart and doesn't want to add fuel to the fire that has been settled now. Talking about Scorsese, then The Irishman director has penned down his thoughts in an editorial in the New York Times clarifying his comments about Marvel movies.

Meanwhile, Kevin Feige is tremendously busy in taking care of Marvel's future projects as a lot of fascinating and huge films are going to come in Phase 4. For now, all eyes are on Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow that is going to release next year.
