Kevin Feige is going to be the busiest man around. The Marvel Studios president has long been responsible for establishing and expanding the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His golden touch has led the superhero universe to grow by multifold, paving the way for three successful phases and the highest-grossing movie of all-time in the form of Avengers: Endgame. Now, he has been handed the duties of Chief Creative Officer. The news of his changed position comes just a few ahead of Disney+ launch.

According to Deadline, Feige's new role adds many more responsibilities to his already packed plate. Given Feige's new role, executives across Marvel films and TV will report to Feige. This includes Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb. If the TV shows and movies weren't enough, Feige will also oversee the comics too. The publication also reported Marvel TV and animation generator Marvel Family Entertainment will move under Marvel Studios banner.

"Dan Buckley will continue as President of Marvel Entertainment, where Ike Perlmutter remains Chairman. Long a creative collaborator for Feige in publishing and television, Buckley will have a dual reporting structure going forward. He will continue to oversee publishing creative/editorial, and in that capacity, he now will report to Feige," the report states.

So basically, he has control over Marvel movies, Marvel TV, the Spider-Man movies (obviously with Sony), the X-Men universe, will contribute to developing a new Star Wars movie and our bank balance. It is to note that he's still the Marvel president. He will have a say in the creative, editorial, and narrative decisions across the mediums.

It is to see how the new role in Feige's resume impacts upcoming projects including Black Widow, WandaVision, Blade, Thor: Love and Thunder, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Black Panther 2, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, She-Hulk and more.
