The Money Heist universe may not be ending anytime soon. Ahead of the release of Berlín y la dama del armiño (Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine), which is the follow-up to the first season of the Money Heist spinoff series, Berlin and the Jewels of Paris, on May 15, 2026, Netflix has hinted at a continuation of the famed franchise. Even as the show officially closed its door with Money Heist (La Casa de Papel) Season 5 back in December 2021, there are hints of a return.

Money Heist Season 6 teased

Netflix brought out the famed Salvador Dalí masks in red jumpsuits with a spectacle across the Guadalquivir River in Spain, giving way to a new way forward for the show. While it has not exactly announced what awaits the fans of the series in the coming months, there’s a clear hint at the expansion of the show. In an update on May 10 local time, a teaser clip was shared on the platform’s social media handles, saying, “The revolution isn’t over yet. The world of La Casa de Papel continues.”

They added, “Some stories begin with a perfect heist. And this one changed everything. From the first robbery for cash to the most artistic heist of the century, including the assault that put tons of gold from the Bank of Spain at risk, the world of Money Heist has never stopped growing, evolving, and surprising. But if one thing is clear… it’s that the revolution NEVER ends. From now on, this is the central hub for everything related to the ‘Money Heist’ universe. If you want to be part of the next plan and not miss a single move by the gang, this is the place to be. The ‘Money Heist’ universe continues on Netflix.”
