After teasing their fans about a possible collaboration, Prince Harry and Ed Sheeran came together to share an important message on World Mental Health Day. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry who have supported the cause in the past, took a different route this year to address mental health awareness. Teaming up with 'Shape Of You' singer Ed Sheeran, the Duke of Sussex wanted to make sure mental health is openly talked about and addressed.

As the video begins, we get to see the singer prepping to meet Prince Harry for a 'charity video'. He then goes on to meet Harry and discuss the issues common to both of them: having ginger-coloured hair. "I’ve been trying to write a song about this to get it out to more people. People just don’t understand what it’s like for people like us — with the jokes and the snide comments. I just feel like it’s time we stood up and said, ‘We are ginger, and we are going to fight,'" the singer said.

The unexpected and hilarious video then shows Prince Harry's surprised look, saying, "Ummm.. This is slightly awkward. There may have been a miscommunication — this is about World Mental Health Day?" When Ed Sheeran realises the goof up he goes on to delete the title of his song on the laptop as the camera pans to "Gingers Unite".

The description under the song name will also crack you up. It reads, "HRH Prince Harry and the king of ging Ed Sheeran get together to change the perception of people with Moroccan sunset hair." They then face the camera and address mental health awareness. "Reach out, make sure your friends, strangers, look out for anybody that might be suffering in silence. We’re all in this together. Cheers,” Harry says.

Both Prince Harry and Ed Sheeran want to ensure that not just today but every day, you look after yourself, your friends and those around you. There’s no need to suffer in silence - share how you’re feeling, ask how someone is doing and listen for the answer. Be willing to ask for help when you need it and know that we are all in this together. #WMHD Check out the accounts below for more resources and support: @Heads_Together @Calmzone @MentalHealthFoundation @CharityNoPanic @SamaritansCharity @YoungMindsUK @GiveUsAShoutInsta @Childline_official @LetsTalkAboutMentalHealth @Jedfoundation @Pandas_UK @Charitysane @MindCharity @TimeToChangeCampaign @RethinkMentalIllness @MentalHealthMates @ActionHappiness @MHFAEngland @DitchTheLabel @TheBlurtFoundation

“Thanks for having me over MAN” Ed Sheehan calling the duke of sussex and PRINCE harry “man” was just classic. That was a great message though
