Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have poured their heart out and spoken about the intense media scrutiny they have been subjected to in the past two years. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared their thoughts on the ITV documentary titled 'Harry & Meghan: An African Journey', which aired in the UK on Sunday. The Duke was interviewed by Tom Bradby who asked him on what he feels about the intense media pressure and scrutiny. Harry, who recently sued British media outlets for publishing a private letter of Meghan Markle, said that he will not be bullied into 'playing the game'.

Drawing references to his mother Princess Diana's untimely death, Harry said, "I will not be bullied into playing a game that killed my mum. Everything that she went through and what happened to her is incredibly raw every single day, and that is not being me being paranoid. That is just me not wanting a repeat of the past."

In his powerful statement to the British media, Harry had earlier written, "My deepest fear is history repeating itself. I've seen what happens when someone I love is commoditised to the point that they are no longer treated or seen as a real person. I lost my mother and now I watch my wife falling victim to the same powerful forces." Princess Diana, one of the most photographed women, died in a horrific car crash while being chased by the paparazzi in Paris.
