Rapper Lil Wayne gets engaged again to a mystery woman; Report
Rapper Lil Wayne has gotten engaged again and this time his proposal and wedding plans are low-key.
Lil Wayne is reportedly set to tie the knot once again. According to TMZ, the rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., got engaged earlier to a woman believed to be in her 20s and from Indiana. However, the identity of his fiancée has not been publicly revealed so far.
The report suggested that the rapper has intentionally kept the relationship out of the spotlight, continuing the more private lifestyle he has embraced in recent years. Details regarding the proposal and wedding plans also remain under wraps, making the engagement one of his most low-key romances to date.
Past high profile relationships
Lil Wayne’s love life has frequently made headlines over the years due to his relationships with several well-known personalities. In the past, he was engaged to singer Nivea as well as Australian model La'Tecia Thomas. His relationship with Thomas reportedly ended in 2020.
The rapper was also romantically linked to artists and celebrities including Trina, Christina Milian, Dana Lee and Tammy Torres. At one point, he was also rumored to be dating Solange, the younger sister of Beyoncé.
Father of four children
Lil Wayne is also a father to four children with four different women. His eldest daughter, Reginae Carter, was born in 1998 to his then-girlfriend and later wife Toya Johnson when both were teenagers. The pair married in 2004 but divorced two years later, marking the rapper’s only marriage so far.
He later welcomed son Dwayne Michael Carter III with radio personality Sarah Vivan in 2008. His son Kameron was born in 2009 to actress Lauren London, while Neal, also born in 2009, is his son with Nivea. Reports suggest the rapper maintains a close relationship with all four children and remains on good terms with their mothers.
