Black Widow will be the first movie to be released from the Phase 4 of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) and also marks Scarlett Johansson's first solo outing as the beloved Natasha Romanoff. This time, however, we will be digging into the character's past with new personalities, which will be played by David Harbour, Florence Pugh, O-T Fagbenle and Rachel Weisz. There are also rumours flying around of a possible Robert Downey Jr. cameo in the film as Tony Stark, given the storyline takes place between Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018).

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Scarlett, whose currently in the running for two possible Oscars 2020 nominations with Marriage Story and Jojo Rabbit, got candid about the influence Iron Man (2008) had on her before signing on to star in Iron Man 2 (2010). "I just loved it. I’d never really seen anything like it before. It was not particularly that I was a fan of superhero stuff or that genre, but it seemed groundbreaking. And I wanted to work with Marvel. It seemed like an exciting place to be," Johansson shared with VF.
