Scooter Braun has called in for a truce and how! The music manager has been in the headlines for a few weeks now after Taylor Swift took to her social media handle on Tumblr to call him out. The singer accused him of online bullying her. While she went in length to discuss and share her disappointment over his media holding company Ithaca Holdings LLC acquired Big Machine Label Group. This deal makes Braun the owner of Swift's masters. All this while, Braun chose to keep quiet and not issue a statement clarifying his stand.

However, he reached out to Swift on Twitter and it seems like a peace offering. Braun took to the social media platform and reached out to Swift to congratulate her on Lover. The album dropped this week and Swifties are going gaga. Addressing the controversy, Braun wrote, "Regardless of what has been said the truth is you don’t make big bets unless you are a believer and always have been."

He went on to praise the album and wrote, "Brilliant album with #Lover. Congrats @taylorswift13. Supporting was always the healthier option #brilliantalbum #brilliantcampaign congrats." Swift is yet to react to it.

Meanwhile, in a recent interview, Swift admitted that she was planning on re-recording her older songs. Speaking with CBS Sunday Morning, she was asked about the possibility of re-recording her older songs. “Might you do that?” she was asked. “Oh yeah,” she responded. When the host promoted, "That’s a plan?” Taylor affirmingly replied, “Yeah, absolutely.”
