It was a few months ago when Taylor Swift took to Tumblr to reveal that her worst nightmare had come true, which was Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun acquiring Big Machine Records, the music label which owned the records of all previous Swift albums, except Lover. Then, the controversy brewed further when T-Swift revealed just a few days before her AMAs 2019 performance, that Scooter and Scott Borchetta have not allowed the singer to sing her old hits, as she was being honoured as the Artist of the Decade.

Eventually, as we witnessed, AMAs 2019 did see Taylor recreate her classic hits like Love Story and Shake It Off. However, there is another twist to the dramatic story. Breaking his social media silence with an open letter to Taylor, Scott revealed that his wife and kids were getting death threats, because of the recent controversy. "I came home tonight to find my wife had received a phone call threatening the safety of our children as well as other threats seen above. Thinking of my wife and children, my team and their families, I have gone through a range of emotions on how to deal with this...  am certain there is no situation ever worth jeopardizing anyone's safety," Braun wrote.

Moreover, Scooter pleaded with Swift for a meeting to resolve the situation and added that it's been four days since the 29-year-old singer was notified by her lawyer about the death threats to Braun's family as well as the employees of Big Machine Records.

According to Entertainment Tonight, T-Swift has still not reached out to Scooter for a meeting and is yet to acknowledge the death threats that Braun, his family and employees are receiving because of the ongoing feud.
