Good news for Selenators! Selena Gomez is finally back with new music!! The actress and singer recently returned back to her Spanish roots after a decade since she experimented with Spanish music. After the release of her first Spanish single in over 10 years, now Gomez recently hinted that her next single, titled Baila Conmigo in collaboration with Rauw Alejandro and Tainy will be out soon!

According to Selena’s social media activity, the track will be released on January 29 aka FRIDAY! To announce the news, Gomez took to Twitter and shared a photo of herself, while rocking shoulder-length hair and a fitted dress with a red-orange spotlight. Gomez also posted a clip of her exiting the room featured in the De Una Vez video; the phrase "Baila Conmigo" then flashed across the screen, indicating that the next chapter is on its way.

“Baila Conmigo" comes 15 days after she dropped “De Una Vez,” a rhythmic pop tune, produced by Tainy, Albert Hype, Jota Rosa, and Neon16, the song seemingly captures Gomez’s journey of healing from past relationships and discovering her self-worth.

This isn’t the first album that documents her journey of healing, her previous album Rare was also based on the same. In fact, back in December 2020, during a virtual appearance at Teen Vogue Summit, Gomez spoke candidly about the theme of Rare. "The whole theme of my last album was a lot of self-discovery, a lot of being OK, being alone and being vulnerable, being OK with not looking like everything else, like everyone else. And I think for me, there’s so much that I want my brand [Rare Beauty] to feel like," Selena shared. The Look at Her Now singer added that believing in one's dreams requires a check-in with yourself. This includes asking questions like why you want to do the things that you're doing, are you able to show up for those things and are you patient with yourself?
