Spider Man director Sam Raimi gives his blessings to that epic cameo in Spider Man: Far From Home

*SPOILERS ALERT* Spider-Man: Far From Home had its memorable moments that will have MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) fans buzzing with excitement. But none was as shocking as the epic mid-credits scene. After giving MJ a web-tastic view of New York, Spider-Man is confronted by a breaking news bulletin. The video footage in the bulletin is of Mysterio calling Spider-Man a murderer and revealing his identity as Peter Parker. However, it was the fact that J. Jonah Jameson, editor of The Daily Bugle, breaking the news, that had everyone awestruck.

We all remember Jameson from the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy (2002-2007), which starred Tobey Maguire. It was Oscar winner J.K. Simmons who made an icon out of Jonah and since then, fans have petitioned for his involvement in the MCU. And, that is exactly what we got! During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, when Sam was asked about Simmons' cameo in Spider-Man: Far From Home, the filmmaker sounded beyond ecstatic. Raimi revealed that he gave his "blessings" to J.K.
