Spider Man: Far From Home sequel to feature Peter Parker and Venom crossover? Read Details
Spider-Man: Far From Home is all set to release in July. The Spider-Man movie, which is a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming, is the first movie to release after Avengers: Endgame. All eyes are set to see how Sony tells the tale of our friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man after his mentor Tony Stark aka Iron Man died. Although fans are eager to see Tom Holland swings back into action, we're already hearing rumours about Spider-Man 3. A few days ago, we came across reports suggesting Deadpool could enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe on Spider-Man's shoulders. However, a new rumour is doing the rounds claiming Deadpool might not feature. But Venom will feature in the third movie of the Spider-Man franchise.
Venom was introduced last year in a stand-alone movie. Renowned international actor Tom Hardy brought the Marvel comic book character to life. The tale of the anti-hero was received with mixed reviews. At the time, there were rumours that Spider-Man could make a cameo. But the makers shut it down. Now, new speculation has fans believing that Hardy's Venom will be seen in Spider-Man 3.
International website Comic Book Movie cited a tweet suggesting the possibility of Venom appearing in Spider-Man 3. The Twitter user, whose goes by the handle Roger Wardell, clarified that Deadpool won't be seen in Spider-Man 3. Instead, the movie would feature Venom. The Twitter handle had previously revealed major Avengers: Endgame spoilers last year which turned out to be true.
"There are no plans to add Deadpool in an MCU Spider-Man 3, but Sony desperately wants Tom Hardy's Venom in this movie. Deadpool had his own movies but never showed up in the main X-Men films, it will be the same for the MCU," the tweet reads.

While this development is interesting, we would suggest you take it with a pinch of salt.
Despite the shoddy script and bad reviews, Venom earned a good box office collection. The movie earned $213 million at the US box office. It recorded an international box office earning of $641 million. Venom earned a worldwide box office collection of $855 million. It is obvious that Sony would want to cash in on the success of Spider-Man and Venom. We wonder how Marvel Studios will react to this crossover if it ever happens.
