We're just 20 days away from finally finding out how the Skywalker saga, which began around 40 years ago with Luke Skywalker, will culminate! Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker plans to end 2020 for Hollywood with a big bang as past and present characters return one last time. One of the key elements that many in the Star Wars fandom hope to find a place in the J.J. Abrams directorial is Finn and Poe Dameron as an endgame pair. Let's face it! There are a lot of fans who ship Finn and Poe but no one is more of a shipper than John Boyega!

John took to his Instagram page to share an extremely funny video of himself penning a 'love' letter to Oscar Isaac ahead of the promotional rounds for The Rise of Skywalker. "My dearest Oscar, I hope this letter finds you well. It's been a fortnight since we last spoke and I must admit that I've missed you so. As I sit and reflect upon the adventures of Finn and Poe, I'm struck with anguish that John and Oscar have not been afforded the same caliber of companionship," John narrates in a melodramatic manner while sharing the reunion sequence between Finn and Poe from Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015). We can hear Oscar saying, "You're a good man, Finn."

Boyega added, "During the last press tour, I put my hand on your shoulders waiting for a connection. It never came. I long to be reunited with you on our final press tour and show the world a bond greater than The Force. The Force from the movie we're in...  forget it! Speaking of which, it would be fantastic if you would accompany me to the premiere of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. I think I get a plus one. Fare thee well Oscar."

However, the 27-year-old actor couldn't help but take an epic dig at the adorable BB-8 as his final parting words saying, "P.S. Bro, I think low-key... sometimes I feel BB-8 straight up is just jealous of our shit mate."

John's caption reads as, "Please reciprocate my correspondence by the ‘morrow. @starwars press tour continues!!! I need to stop watching the crown!"

Hilarious, indeed!
