Disha Patani has entertained the domestic audience by starring in multiple Hindi movies across genres. This time, she is officially stepping onto the global stage with the trailer of her first international project dropping online. The first glimpse of The Portal of Force is out, and it showcases the Indian actress in a fierce avatar.
Disha Patani makes her international debut with The Portal of Force
The trailer of Disha Patani’s Hollywood debut film, The Portal Of Force, has dropped online. It introduces Disha as Jessica, the emotional and narrative epicentre of an epic supernatural showdown between two ancient factions: the Statiguards and the Holiguards.
The Portal of Force, the first film of the Statiguards vs Holiguards Saga, marks the beginning of a new cinematic universe created by Lado Okhotnikov. Jessica, ‘the chosen one’, is revealed to be the daughter of rival leaders on both sides, making her a living bridge between warring worlds and the ultimate decider in a battle that could determine how this war ends, and humanity’s fate along with it.

As the narrative unfolds, Jessica undergoes a visceral supernatural transformation. Disha is seen performing high-octane combat sequences with a confidence that feels instinctive rather than choreographed. Perhaps most striking is her screen presence in an ensemble that includes Hollywood heavyweights like Kevin Spacey, Dolph Lundgren, and Tyrese Gibson.
Speaking her mind about her Hollywood debut, Disha Patani said that she has been waiting with bated breath for the trailer of the project to drop. “Stepping into my first international outing was both thrilling and terrifying, but the scope to explore the craft was massive,” she expressed, adding that working with an experienced, diverse cast was an education in itself.
The Yodha actress further opined, “You realise that storytelling transcends language and geography; honesty on screen is universal. I’ve always loved action, and to bring what I've learned on the home turf to a global platform feels incredibly empowering.”
Apart from The Portal of Force, Disha’s fans are also waiting for her Bollywood film, Awarapan 2.
