October has truly been an exciting month for BLINKS as they were not only treated with BLACKPINK's first official studio album titled BLACKPINK: The Album but they will also be releasing BLACKPINK: Light Up The Sky which is Netflix's first K-pop documentary. An online press conference for the documentary was held recently with Jennie, Rosé. Jisoo and Lisa getting candid on what BLINKS can expect from BLACKPINK: Light Up The Sky.

BLACKPINK: Light Up The Sky will see the beloved members being vulnerable like never before as they go back in time to talk about their trainee days right until their iconic Coachella 2019 performance. "It was a new experience for us to see the past that we had forgotten. We’ve been showing our glamourous road to stardom, but this time, we wanted to capture our daily lives, and I think BLINKS have been waiting for this moment," Jennie revealed, according to News 1 Korea via Soompi.

Rosé added that in order to honestly tell BLACKPINK's inspiring story, each member spoke in the language that they're most comfortable in. Since Rosé and Jennie grew up in foreign countries, the duo spoke in English while Lisa spoke in Thai. "We speak many languages, and I think that diversity represents us," Rosé gushed.

Given that BLACKPINK is the fourth female act after Taylor Swift, Beyonce and Lady Gaga to have their own Netflix documentary, Jisoo gushed, "It’s an honour to be beside those global artists. The four of us have been continuously working hard, and we’re going to reveal all of our efforts to you." On the other hand, Lisa has a valuable piece of advice to those who dream of becoming like BLACKPINK. According to the 23-year-old singer, it's important to know what you like and especially, to "love yourself."

We can't wait to see BLACKPINK being unfiltered about their journey to global stardom in BLACKPINK: Light Up The Sky!
