The King: Eternal Monarch Star Lee Min Ho arrives in Canada to shoot for his upcoming series Pachinko

The gorgeous and talented superstar, Lee Min Ho arrived in Vancouver, Canada on February 25 to film his upcoming TV series Pachinko. Lee Min Ho's Canada-based Fanclub, Minoz Canada took to social media to report of his safe arrival at Vancouver International Airport. According to Richmond News, Lee Min Ho will be spending his compulsory quarantine at one of several federally-approved quarantine hotels in Richmond, B.C. According to Canada's laws, international travellers are required to take a COVID-19 test upon arrival in Canada and stay at a government-mandated hotel for three nights while they await their test results. Post that, they must follow the compulsory two-week quarantine period as authorized by Canada’s Quarantine Act. He will resume filming for Pachinko in April, post his quarantine period ends.
Lee Min Ho will be headling the Apple TV+ series Pachinko. Pachinko is a historical epic drama based on Min Jin-lee's best-selling novel going by the same name and tells the story of four generations of a Korean immigrant family. The storyline spreads across Korea, Japan, and the United States. In a recent interview with GQ Korea via Soompi, Min-ho shared his honest thoughts about his new drama, Pachinko, where he will be playing the role of Hansu, which by his won admission is "a rich and powerful merchant with ties to organised crime." Pachinko also stars Jin Ha, Anna Sawai, Minha Kim, Soji Arai, Kaho Minami and Jung Eun-chae.
Lee Min Ho's last screen outing was Kim Eun Suk's fantasy-epic drama, The King: Eternal Monarch, where he portrayed the character of Lee Gon, the royal monarch, who must cross the parallel universe and trick timelines to undo his dreadful past and rescue his lover, Jung Tae ul, played by Kim Go Eun.

Yes,I hope he makes something again I dont get tired of his drama series he is nice and fun to watch even if i know its just acting, it gives a little relief for ordinary people like me. The King Eternal Monarch was great especially the chemistry between LMH and KGE I do agree LMH needs to step out of these roles that center on how good-looking he is As that’s all I hear people say when they mention his name he how handsome he is maybe pachinko will turn things around for him...

How come he always acts roughly the same character. The lack of diversity in his roles really doesn't do him justice. Can he act as an evil guy or second lead or poor guy or the psychopathic oneso we see how his acting skills are. Because it's becoming pretty cliché though. It better be as good as Legend of deep blue sea for his sake because King 'Enternal monarch wasn't it boo

Looking forward to seeing Lee Min Ho in Pachinko. I've watched many of his dramas (Boys Over Flower, Heirs, Legends of Blue Sea, Faith, City Hunter, Personal Taste,The King: Eternal Monarch). I started watching Korean drama because of LMH in BOF. I love all of those dramas but The King: Eternal Monarch wasn't quite as good. LMH still looked very handsome but the sequence of the story & lack of chemistry between the actors were not very good. I hope Pachinko is better. Hope LMH stays healthy & safe during his time in Canada. Best of luck LMH! Hope to see you in person someday.
