Lee Sun Bin, Park Ji Hwan, and Bae Hyeon are all set to star together in a new movie titled The Taste of Prison.
Boyhood actress Lee Sun Bin, along with Park Ji Hwan and Bae Hyeon Seong, is set to appear in the upcoming comedy film The Taste of Prison. The movie is said to feature a culinary-themed backdrop.

According to Sportschosun, Lee Sun Bin, Park Ji Hwan, and Bae Hyeon Seong will star together in the comedy film The Taste of Prison. The movie follows the uplifting story of a celebrity chef who falls from grace overnight and is assigned to work in a prison kitchen. There, she teams up with inmates who create memorable dishes using unconventional recipes and ingredients.
Lee Sun Bin has appeared in films such as Noise and Okay Madam, as well as dramas including To the Moon, The Potato Lab, Boyhood, and Work Later, Drink Now. In The Taste of Prison, she will play Jessica, a celebrity chef who has spent her career following a traditional elite culinary path before unexpectedly finding herself working in a prison kitchen.
Park Ji Hwan will play Jung Bae, a man who joins Jessica in bringing a new culinary experience to the prison. As the leader of Cell No. 3, he creates impressive dishes using unconventional recipes and unusual ingredients. His frequent clashes with Jessica lead to an engaging rivalry driven by pride and culinary expertise.
Meanwhile, Bae Hyeon Seong will portray Su Hyeon, a newcomer to Cell No. 3 who emerges as the prison’s Gen Z chef thanks to his natural cooking talent and gentle personality. The character is described as a somewhat clumsy yet thoughtful young man.
As the trio comes together for the project, The Taste of Prison is scheduled to begin filming in July 2026. The film will be directed by Kim Gu-jeong, marking his feature-film directorial debut.
Lee Sun Bin was last seen in the television series To the Moon, a romantic comedy adapted from a novel of the same name. She also has the film The Sword: Rebirth of the Red Wolf slated for release.
Meanwhile, The Roundup actor Park Ji Hwan most recently appeared in the series Sold Out on You, while Bae Hyeon Seong is next set to appear in the film College SAT Substitute.
