Lee Sung Kyung's sweet and thoughtful gift for Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo's co star Lee Joo Young
It is a myth that actresses cannot be friends. The Korean entertainment industry has witnessed wonderful, healthy, and long-lasting friendships between female actors over many years. IU and Yoo In Na, Park Shin Hye, and Lee Eun Sung are some of the best examples of that. Ex co-stars Lee Sung Kyung and Lee Joo Young, played best-friends Kim Bok Joo and Lee Seon Ok respectively have maintained their friendship to this date, since they starred in the sweet rom-com years ago.
In a rather adorable Instagram post, Lee Joo Young shared how Lee Sung Kyung sent a coffee truck on the sets of Joo Young's new drama Times. In a translation via Soompi, The Itaewon Class actor posted a sweet message, along with the pictures of the coffee truck. She wrote, "My forever love Bok Joo!!!!! Thank you, Sung Kyung unnie.” She also tagged Lee Sung Kyung's official Instagram account. Fans were happy to know that the two actresses are good friends and flooded the comments section with comments like 'Swag' and 'Squad Goals'. Fans of the drama might recollect Kim Bok Joo and her friends' signature 'swag' pose. Lee Sung Kyung delivered her best wishes to Lee Joo Young and wished her strength.
