Shahid Kapoor graced the cover of Verve and is on the route of changing silhouettes.

The actor looked handsome in a black sweatshirt and olive green trousers.

The magazine's official Instagram page shared the cover featuring Shahid.

This year, @shahidkapoor graces our special Verve Man cover as an actor who exudes power through performances that have taken him out of his comfort zone to create reel personas that stay with us long after the movie has reached its ‘The End’. The boy who initially appeared in largely romantic roles and movies, broke the mould to make a startling impact in Kaminey (2009). And that was just the start, as he proved with flicks like Haider (2014) and Udta Punjab (2016). It is no wonder then that his fans and film buffs are waiting for the December release, Padmavati (2017), to see how he holds his own when working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali veterans Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. And while his celluloid capers continue, we have watched with gentle interest his real-life metamorphosis, first as a husband to @mira.kapoor and then as a father to Misha. Meanwhile, on the work front, Shahid is gearing up for the release of Padmavati which is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and also stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.

In an interview with a leading entertainment magazine, Shahid got candid about playing Maha Rawal Ratan Singh and said, "Padmavati is a huge part of my journey and is very close to my heart because I’ve literally put my blood and sweat into this film. It’s also my first experience working with Mr. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and I think words would fail to express how much gratitude I have towards him for teaching me everything and helping me in becoming this character. I also would like to say that it really is a privilege to play Maha Rawal Ratan Singh, a Rajput king who was a great warrior and a great king."

Same old face in every msg cover. Emotionless and boredom prominent. He needs to change his facial expression. Bad picture. Sure the mag must have tried their level best to make him emote.

This is a very good pic of him!

He is everywhere

Looks old and not attractive

Same facial expression on recent magazine covers.

Rk n sahihd r very hot man

Definitely find him hot besides Ranbir. Ranveer looks hot to me to with certain hairstyles and when his beard is not too bushy.
