The 91st Oscars, which is the most prestigious award ceremony honouring talent in movie industry is one of the most awaited awards show, and now, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' official Twitter handle has now revealed the star-studded nominees class photo. Yes, nearly all the nominees of this year gathered on Monday for a celebratory luncheon.
 
Actors, actresses, film-makers, producers and other creatives stood in a semi-circle around a massive Oscar statue for the epic picture. "Meet the 91st #Oscars #OscarsLunch," the Academy captioned the cool snap. Right from Glenn Close, Lady Gaga, Melissa McCarthy to Christian Bale and Rami Malek, celebs posed happily for the photo.
Few nomineesunfortunately were unable to attend the luncheon. Olivia Coleman, Adam Driver and Emma Stone were among the stars who missed the same. This year, the event is different from earlier ones as this time there will be no emcee hosting the show. Talking about the upcoming mega event, 91st Academy Awards will air on Sunday, February 24, 2019. The same will go live on ABC. "The Oscars is the most-watched live entertainment event of the year. The show connects us with the power and history of the movies as it reconnects home audiences with their favorite films and stars," Academy President John Bailey quoted.
