Here's How Shraddha Manages to Stay Fit Despite Her Busy Schedule

As we all know, Shraddha Kapoor is one of the most glamourous stars in Bollywood at present. Moreover, she is she is also an inspiration for those who aspire to have a fit body. During a recent interaction with a leading magazine, she opened up about her fitness regime.

“Fitness is fun. So I sometimes go in for Yoga and sometimes other activities. I work out daily for two hours .I am playing a character of a Basketball player in Half Girlfriend. So I also need to practice for that,” the 27-year-old said.

Furthermore, Shraddha also makes it a point to dance a lot as it helps her stay fit.

“I shut myself in a room. Play loud music and dance for hours till my feet give up. As I already have a lean body I don’t have to put a lot of effort to keep fit”, she added.

We must say, she is one hard working individual indeed. On the work front, Shraddha will soon be seen in OK Jaanu and Half Girlfriend.
