Bollywood’s one of the finest actors Abhishek Bachchan turned 43 today. We have seen Abhishek growing to become a great actor since the time he has stepped in Bollywood. While he is being constantly compared to his dad Amitabh Bachchan who is the megastar of the nation, Abhishek has been constantly fighting to prove himself. Though all his films aren’t blockbusters, viewers and critics have always praised him for his fine acting skills.

In spite of being a great actor’s son, Abhishek had to struggle a lot to remain intact in Bollywood and maintain his position of an A-list star. This is not it; the actor’s childhood too was a bit of a struggle as he was diagnosed with Dyslexia. Yes, you heard it right! You might recollect when Aamir Khan in his film Taare Zameen Par said, “Bachpan mein isko bhi padhne likhne mein takleef hoti thi. Lekin ab dekho, kya Dhoom macha raha hai!"

Abhishek revealed about his condition at Mind Rocks India Today Youth Summit 2011 in Chennai. The Bol Bachchan actor said, "I was diagnosed with dyslexia at nine and sent to a European school, but only knew myself as a dyslexic after graduating."

Happy bday Abhishek Bachchan. I'm sure yr 'Dyslexia' thing will give strength to many as people.stay blessed

I highly believed I suffered from dyslexia untill i finished high school, finished high school at the age 16 college for 3years due to couple of failed GCSEs. As I started university it sort of just disappeared and i was able to contain the reading information in my mind which I was struggled during my school and college days. To the point I was reading ( had difficulties with reading and I had stammering issue as well ) I was reading but I wasn’t able contain the information in my mind or understand I was reading or studying, I didn’t tell my parents or anyone. Just kept it myself, I just considered dumb back then. But I managed to get in university and study law, which at high school my expectation of reaching to the university was at 0 I didn’t give any hopes being able to to go the university. But it all turn out absolutely other way, from being that kid who struggled with reading writing and containing the reading information or other educational information and having stammering issues( at age of 12 i managed cover the stammer issue as the embarrassment of it - it was not disappeared but I taught myself to speak slower and hide the issue - throughout the high years I kept it as secrets from my high friends and till now- but it was there somehow it worked for me and I absolutely don’t the issue anymore, as early my parent did send to speech sessions that was absolutely useless.
From being that kid who struggled in silence to the person I am today at the age of 27 now looking back I do feel sorry for myself and proud of myself at the same time. From being that kid to young adult completely university studying law and working in London and Singapore now starting my own business. With absolutely no stammering issues ( maybe once in a while but everyone stammer to that level ) and having reading and understanding issues to now.

It’s nice of people speaking of it, right I’m sure there are many kid suffering from it some might in silence- but celebrities talking about their struggle will give confidence to those people are suffering.

Fine gentleman..love

Happy birthday Abhishek ..love you !!

Love you Abhishek. You are a Man among men. Happy birthday
