A film that has been the talk of the town recently is Janhvi Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma starrer Roohi. The film's trailer recently dropped on YouTube and managed to trend on top. While fans loved Rajkummar and Varun's comic act, Janhvi's spooky act also was lauded. Many celebs showered praise on it and joining the bandwagon is Deepika Padukone after Ranveer Singh. Just a day back, Ranveer had shared Varun's post on his Instagram story to root for the film's trailer and now, Deepika also followed a similar route.

Taking to her Instagram story, Deepika dropped the poster of the film featuring Janhvi, Rajkummar and Varun Sharma. Not just this, the Chhapaak star shared the trailer on her story. Ranveer had shared Varun's photo as a Zombie on his Instagram story recently and wrote, "Me running back to the cinemas to watch @fukravarun Like..." While Deepika did not write anything, she shared the link to the trailer of the film and rooted for Janhvi, Varun and Rajkummar starrer horror-comedy.

Rajkummar responded to Deepika and reposted her story. He wrote, "Thank you @deepikapadukone" with a hug and folded hands emoticon.

Meanwhile, the trailer of the film has evoked a positive reaction from netizens. The film features Janhvi in a spooky avatar after her character gets possessed by a ghost that abducts brides. Rajkummar and Varun's characters are seen adding a hilarious touch to the film while handling the ghost. The film is helmed by Hardik Mehta and produced by Dinesh Vijan. It will release on March 11, 2021, in theatres.
