Ajay Devgn, who was last seen in De De Pyaar De with Rakul Preet Singh and Tabu is all geared up for his upcoming film, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior with Kajol and Saif Ali Khan. The actor in his recent interaction with Filmfare spoke at length about Sooryavanshi, his social media appearance and much more. On speaking about not being desperate to seek for attention, Ajay Devgn said that he is like this only. He believes once you've done your job, you should shut up. People have ears, eyes, mouth... They can understand everything. It's their job to talk, not yours. Touchwood! people meet him with respect. He feels happy about it. People gain nothing by shouting from the rooftops. Whatever you achieve is temporary. And he doesn't believe in temporary things. They never last.

There are speculations going around that Ajay Devgn will play the male lead in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi. On speaking about this, the Golmaal actor said that it's too early to talk about it. The two are in talks about it but let's see what happens. Ajay further said, "It's like asking someone are you married. No? Okay, how many children do you have? (Laughs) Bhai shaadi toh ho jaane do pehle. Let's lock that first." The actor will be seen doing a cameo in Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif

On speaking about the climax scene of the film, Ajay said, "Expect what you saw in Simmba. I share an old friendship with Akshay. We've known each other for a long time. We spent time remembering our old days when we'd keep pulling each other's legs. We narrated those incidents to those around us on the set and laughed remembering them."

Directed by Om Raut, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is set in the 17th century and is based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, who was the military leader of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, founder of the Maratha Empire. The movie is all set to hit theaters on 10th January 2020.
