On the occasion of Maha Shivratri, several stars celebrated the auspicious day by pouring in wishes on their social media accounts. While others paid a visit to the temple to see blessings on the holy day, like Alia Bhatt who was spotted by the paps as she was accompanied by director Ayan Mukerji. However, the star’s boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor was not in sight since he was tested positive for Covid-19 due to which the actor is at home quarantining. Alia recently got tested negative for the virus.

In the video, we see the Gangubai Kathiawadi star making her way inside the temple donning all-red traditional attire. The stunner matched her mouth mask with her suit and had her hair tied in a ponytail. Ayan was also seen along with the actress as they headed in to attend the puja. On her way back, Alia was asked by a paparazzi if she had wished for something special. To which the actress humorously replied she did but can’t share. The star’s witty response made everyone crack out laughing. Alia, Ayan, and Ranbir were shooting for their upcoming fantasy-action film Brahmāstra before Ranbir got tested positive.

Meanwhile, apart from filming Brahmāstra which is helmed by Ayan, Alia is also busy shooting Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial, Gangubai Kathiawadi. Ever since the director also tested positive for Covid, the actress had been spending time at home but after her consultation with her doctor, she would soon be returning to the set.
