Ananya Panday feels healthy competition is fun; Says 'Told Sara Ali Khan she's fabulous in Coolie No 1 songs'

Actor Ananya Panday is among the Gen-Z stars of Bollywood who are extremely popular among the youth. Ananya has made her mark with films like SOTY 2, Khaali Peeli, and Pati Patni aur Woh and now, the actress will be seen in two other big projects. The star kid often is seen chilling with her contemporaries like Sara Ali Khan and others and it makes fans wonder what she feels about competing with other actors of her age. Now, in a recent chat, Ananya revealed that she feels competition to be a motivator for her.
In a chat with Hindustan Times, Ananya opened up on the healthy competition with contemporaries. She even said that she feels good when other actors do well. The Khaali Peeli star even recalled how she cheered for Sara when her film, Coolie No 1 was about to release. When Ananya was asked about how the industry has changed since her dad Chunky Pandey's time, she said that things are different now and people are in a different zone.
However, she revealed that people have been kind to her. "I feel there’s still a sense of unity, brotherhood, and family in the industry, which has been kind and welcoming towards me. I feel they are very supportive," says the Pati Patni Aur Woh star.
While talking to a National daily, Ananya said that she finds it motivating to have a healthy competition. She even shared that she had rooted for Sara in Coolie No 1. Ananya said, "I believe in healthy competition. It can be really fun and motivating. Having said that, I get happy when other people of my age are doing something good. I was really excited to watch Coolie No 1, and kept telling Sara she’s so fabulous in all songs. We jam to each other’s music. I am happy when I see everyone do well. I am also motivated, it helps me set the benchmark higher."
Meanwhile, Ananya will be seen next in Liger with South star Vijay Deverakonda. The film is helmed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Karan Johar. The first look poster was recently released on social media. Apart from this, she also has a film with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi that will be directed by Shakun Batra.

Yup sure competition between two nepo kids is healthy till an outsider comes and threatens their relevance.
