Arjun Kapoor is sad his Gunday co stars Ranveer Singh & Priyanka Chopra left him alone this Valentine’s Day
2018 was a year when Bollywood witnessed a plethora of filmy shaadis- it started with Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja, and concluded with Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas tying the knot. From their wedding deets, wedding outfits to honeymoon, we were clearly interested in all of it. Now the wedding is over, honeymoon done and all the celebs are back to business but today, Arjun Kapoor took to social media to express a sense of discomfort that his Gunday co-stars- Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh are married and he still belongs to the ‘single’ club.
As Ali Abbas Zafar’s Gunday completes five years today, Arjun Kapoor posted a funny video on social media saying this since his partners in crime- Bikram and Nandita have ditched him, he will instead be with Ali. Arjun wrote, “My Valentine’s Day partners in crime Bikram & Nandita aka @ranveersingh @priyankachopra have found new partners this valentine !!! Leaving me & @aliabbaszafar behind making us look for partners for ourselves... but tension nahi lene ka Ali bhai because #apnatimeaayega #5yearsofgunday @yrf.” But Mr. Kapoor, you are clearly not alone as you too have found love in the Chaiyya Chaiyya girl Malaika Arora, isn’t it?
Gunday was a 2014-action thriller film starring Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Arjun Kapoor in lead roles and the film was set in 1971-1988 Calcutta and revolves around the story of two best friends. On the work front, after wrapping up Raj Kumar Gupta’s film India’s Most Wanted, the 33-year-old actor Arjun Kapoor, kick-started the prep of Ashutosh Gowariker’s Panipat. In the period film, Arjun Kapoor is playing the role of Sadashiv Rao Bhau and it will be very interesting to see Arjun Kapoor in a war drama.
