Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar reveals the most difficult part of shooting the Salman Khan starrer; Find out

Salman Khan starrer Bharat is one of the most anticipated films of the year and with just a few days to its release, the buzz around the film is at an all time high. Ever since the trailer of the film was dropped online, fans have been eagerly waiting for the film, and helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat will hit the screens on June 5, 2019, and if the trailer of the film is anything to go by, we are sure that the film is going to break all ​​records. As we all know, Bharat chronicles the journey of a man named Bharat and his journey from the age of 16 to 60, and to depict the same, the makers of Bharat have revealed five looks of Salman Khan from the film- while in one poster, Salman is seen flashing his salt-and-pepper look, in another poster, Salman Khan is flaunting his 'jawaani' days. Today, director Ali Abbas Zafar took to social media to share few glimpses from the film that portrays the partition era.

Alongside the pictures, Ali wrote, “Partition was the most challenging part of @Bharat_TheFilm shoot , to recreate the scale of this defining moment of history and to keep the emotions Zinda in the middle of that chaos ..is the soul of an extraordinary journey of an ordinary man #BHARAT.” As we all know, it is always difficult to shoot for a film and Ali Abbas shared that during the entire shooting of the film, the portion where the partition scenes have been shot were the most difficult. In one of the stills, Jackie Shroff is seen standing amidst hundreds of people who are trying to run away. In the film, Jackie Shroff will essay the role of Salman Khan’s father. While the first schedule of Bharat kick-started in Malta, the makers also shot the film in Abu Dhabi, Punjab and New Delhi. 

Bharat is loosely based on the 2014 South Korean melodrama An Ode To My Father. Bharat stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Jackie Shroff, Disha Patani, Tabu and Sunil Grover in lead roles.
