Last night the entire country was glued to their television screens as Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) Chandrayaan 2 was all set to send Vikram Lander to make a soft landing on the South side of the moon. However, just when it was 2.1 KMS from the surface of the moon, Mission Control Centre at Bengaluru lost contact with Vikram Lander. Despite that, many Bollywood stars including Shah Rukh Khan have been lauding ISRO’s attempt to scale the South side of the moon by Chandrayaan 2.

Shah Rukh took to Twitter to express his thoughts about ISRO’s first attempt for the South side of the moon and mentioned that he was extremely proud of the space organisation’s efforts. The Zero actor mentioned that not every time one can reach where they want to but that does not mean that it is their final destination. Shah Rukh praised the space organisation for trying to do something no one has and expressed his good wishes to ISRO via his tweet.
