Deepika Padukone travelled to Bengaluru yesterday to celebrate her sister Anisha Padukone's birthday. As her sister turned a year older, Deepika had a sweet message for her along with a gorgeous photo.
For Deepika Padukone, her sister Anisha Padukone holds a special place in her life. Deepika is often seen taking out time to spend with her sister and this time, on her birthday, the actress apparently headed to Bengaluru to celebrate with her. Anisha, who turned a year older on February 2, received the sweetest birthday wish from her sister Deepika along with an endearing photo. The actress, who had been keeping busy with work, shared a heartfelt note to wish her sister on her special day.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Deepika shared a selfie in which we could see Anisha leaning on her sister's shoulder. Deepika could be seen clad in a red silk saree with golden work on it. On the other hand, Anisha could be seen sporting an ethnic look in the photo. As the Padukone sisters posed, they beamed with joy. Deepika expressed gratitude to Anisha for being there in her life and keeping her 'afloat' as she wished her on her birthday.

Meanwhile, Deepika has been quite busy with work over the past few weeks. She has been spotted in the city shooting for various projects. On the work front, she will be seen next in Shakun Batra's film with Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Besides this, she will reportedly head to Dubai to shoot for Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham co-starrer, Pathan. She also has a film with Prabhas and Fighter with Hrithik Roshan.
