Dharmendra, who was recently seen promoting his grandson Karan Deol’s debut movie Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, isn’t keeping well these days. The veteran actor was diagnosed with dengue lately and was hospitalised last week. And now, as per the recent reports, Dharmendra is on his road to recovery and has been discharged from the hospital.

According to a report published in Mumbai Mirror, the senior actor was hospitalised for three days and was keen to get home. After witnessing an improvement in his health, the doctors discharged him on Monday evening. He was accompanied by his elder son Sunny Deol.

Apparently, there were reports that Dharmendra will be heading straight to his farmhouse in Lonavala after getting discharged from the hospital. To note, Dharmendra loves visiting his farmhouse and spends a considerable amount of time there. However, a source informed that he will be taking rest at the home and will not be heading to the farmhouse as of now. “He is recovering fine and is staying at home. Currently, there are no plans at the farmhouse,” the source added.

On the work front, Dharmendra, who started his career with 1960 release Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere, has worked in over 200 movies in his career of around 50 years. He also gave several hit movies including Sholay, Chupke Chupke, Dharam Veer, Pratigya, Yaadon Ki Baaraat, etc. Dharmendra was last seen in Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se with his sons Sunny and Bobby Deol. Helmed by Navaniat Singh, the movie had hit the screens in 2018.
