Emmy Nominations 2018: Game of Thrones, Stranger Things and This Is Us score big

The nominations of Emmy Awards 2018 are out. Sandra Oh became the first Asian to receive a nod in the Lead Actress in a Drama category for Killing Eve.

The Emmys 2018 is upon us and soon we will get to see some of Television's hottest stars strut on the red carpet with many taking home the prestigious trophy.
 
Shows like Game of Thrones, Stranger Things and This Is Us scored multiple nominations including Outstanding Drama Series. Game of Thrones leads the pack with a staggering 22 nominations.
 
What's interesting to note this year is that many of the acting categories features actors of colour such as Sterling K. Brown for This Is Us as well as Tracee Ellis Ross and Anthony Anderson for Black-ish. On the other hand,  Sandra Oh is the first Asian to receive a nod in the Lead Actress in a Drama category for Killing Eve.
