Today social media is full of messages, notes, and wishes on the occasion of the nation’s 73rd Independence Day. This year, Independence day has coincided with Raksha Bandhan and Bollywood and TV celebs have been taking to their social media accounts to treat fans with photos as they celebrate both the occasions.

Now, Esha Gupta who was last seen in One Day: Justice Delivered is trending on Twitter as she posted a photo which read 'Gantantra ke hardik shubkamnaye' (greetings on the occasion of Republic Day). The actor soon deleted the post and claimed that her account was hacked. However, netizens had a field day as they trolled her left, right and center for wishing Republic Day on Independence Day.

One of the trollers wrote, "Did you mean, Happy Ganesh Chaturthi?" Another wrote, "Chhath puja ki hardik subhkamnaye." She later tweeted that her account was hacked. She wrote, "Account hacked please don’t open or respond to any DM through this account. Thanks." Check out the tweets right below.

 
After deleting the wrong tweet, she wished everyone a Happy Independence Day and added: “(thanks for telling an airforce daughter that she knows otherwise) y’all troller are too much”. However, not just the wrong Independence Day greeting was posted on her Twitter timeline, a string of odd tweets featured on the same. Check it out below. From the random tweets, it can be safely concluded that her account was indeed hacked.
