Yesterday morning, every Indian woke up to the news that the Indian Air Force had carried out a surgical strike at three terrorist launch pads in Pakistan occupied Kashmir. The attack was done around 3:30 AM. Twitter was flooded with reactions and people were appreciating the IAF for their brave act. Celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Paresh Rawal, Ajay Devgn among others tweeted about it and they were proud of their feat. Yesterday, at a screening, the reporters congratulated Gully Boy director Zoya Akhtar for the film’s success at the box office and also asked about her take on the surgical strikes by India post the Pulwama attack.

Zoya Akhtar chose to walk out and refused to comment on the current scenario. Not just Zoya, Deepti Naval also ignored the question about the same. Deepti said that this question is not related to the screening of the film which she had come to attend. Siddhant Chaturvedi aka MC Sher also avoided talking about it and said that he gets emotional while discussing it so he would refrain from commenting on it. As per the IAF sources, the fighter jets dropped 1,000 kilograms of bombs at terrorist camps across the Line of Control.

This is the second surgical strike that India has carried out after Uri. After 11 days of a suicide bomber driving a car packed with explosives into a truck that killed more than 40 CRPF personnel in Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir, India hit back again. Yesterday, the Government of India released an official statement regarding the same. What do you have to say about it? Let us know in the comments section below!

It’s perfect. Film
Personalities need to stop talking about these issues. This is a military issue which needs strategic response, why should a film
Personality be asked for their opinion. Ridiculous press

Lol, the ridiculous excuses they come up with to escape ,they probably think a word of appreciation would result in a huge loss of money for them that they make from other countries. After all, money is important than a nations pride , you know??, tsk tsk
