The much anticipated song from Gully Boy starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt titled Apna Time Aayega is out. We heard the song in the trailer and soon fell in love with the lyrics and Ranveer’s rapper avatar. Sung by Ranveer Singh, the song is composed by rapper Divine and Dub Sharma. The two-minute video shows Ranveer's journey from a street-side rapper of Mumbai to finally making his name. 
 
Ranveer has added life to the already-catchy lyrics by Divine. The song is trending on Twitter and people are loving the track. Within half-an-hour of its release, the song got over 1 lakh views. Apna Time Aayega is proof that Ranveer can nail any character that he takes up to portray on the big screen. Twitterati is blown away by Ranveer Singh’s rapper avatar and DIVINE’s lyrics. Zoya Akhtar's directorial is loosely based on the life of Indian rappers Divine and Naezy. Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin play love interests of Ranveer Singh in the movie. 
 
Talking about Ranveer's performance, Divine had told a leading daily, "Ranveer is the man. He's the best man to do the movie and he's killed it."
