Gully Boy has been receiving rave reviews from the audiences for its storyline and acting by all. Along with the obvious good actors- Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, the film guaranteed the success of many unknown faces in the industry like Siddhant Chaturvedi and now Vijay Varma. Gully Boy's Moeen Bhai aka Vijay Varma was over the moon after receiving a letter of appreciation from the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan for his acting in the film. Though it's not the first time that Big B has sent anyone a letter of appreciation, as for this film itself, he sent all its actors his love and appreciation through the letter, along with a bunch of flowers.

In the letter to Vijay Varma, Mr. Bachchan wrote, "I observed you in Pink, I have lauded you in Gully Boy, the ease of your performance, in a complex role how wonderfully you have played it. So proud of you. Love and wishes ever."

Vijay took to Twitter to thank Big B for letter and was happy that he has made his mark or thappa in Bollywood with this.

Two days back, actor Siddhant Chaturvedi, who played the role of MC Sher in the film, also received a letter and flowers from Big B, which he is also shared on his social media handles exuberantly.

Earlier in an interview with India Today, Vijay opened up about working with Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy. He said, "Working with Ranveer was my top best experience when it comes to vibing with a co-actor. I have worked the most with Ranveer in the film. And our characters in the film aren't just regular friends."
