From Janhvi Kapoor to Aryan Khan, 10 star kids who will vote for the first time in Lok Sabha elections 2019

As Mumbai gears up to vote on April 29, let's take a look at the daughters and sons of celebs who are eligible to cast a vote this year:

The 2019 Lok Sabha General Elections have officially begun and the country will vote in seven phases. The first phase voted on April 11 and the next phase will vote on April 18, Thursday. After the polling concludes on May 19, results will be announced on May 23. The citizens will come together to vote and decide if the Modi government has done enough to stay in power for the next five years. Given the large population in India, a huge number of voters this time will be first time voters. 

Bollywood and politics have often joined hands and this time as well there will be a number of star kids who will be voting for the first time. From Ananya Panday to Aryan Khan, a whole new bunch of star kids have cropped up who turned 18 in the last five years and will be voting for the first time in the Lok Sabha elections. The Student Of The Year 2 star and Chunky Panday's daughter turned 20-years-old just last month which makes her eligible to vote. The star kid is also making her debut in Karan Johar'sSOTY 2 alongside Tiger Shroff and debutante Tara Sutaria. Ananya already has quite the fan following on social media.

This star kid receives undivided attention fromt the paparazzi whenever he is in the city. And if the paparazzi are lucky, they might get to see Aryan step out with dad Shah Rukh Khan to cast a vote. However, since the 21-year-old lad studies abroad chances are slim that Aryan might vote this year.

Just like elder brother Aryan, Suhana too makes heads turn irrespective of where her picture surfaces from. While she is prepping to step into the world of films, Suhana may cast a vote this year considering she is on a break in the city and turned 18 last year. 

4. Janhvi Kapoor 

Born on March 6, 1997, Janhvi is 22-years-old and is most likely to cast vote this year. She made a stunning debut last year with Dhadak and is now prepping for the role of air force pilot.

5. Khushi Kapoor

Younger sister Khushi Kapoor turned 18 last year and already gets thronged for selfies in public. Reports suggest that Khushi will follow in her mother and sister's footsteps and will soon foray into Bollywood films.

Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter Navya is 22-years-old and will be voting for the first time. However, unlike the other star kids Navya is a Delhi resident and thus will cast her vote in Delhi on May 12. 

7. Ibrahim Ali Khan 

Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's son recently turned 18 and is eligible to cast his vote this election. However, it is not clear if Ibrahim will be present in the city to make his vote count.

The daughter of Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor, Shanaya is 19-years-old and will step out to make her vote count. Like her sisters, Shanaya, too, has an inclination towards acting and wants to make it big in the film industry.

Mr perfectionist Aamir Khan's younger younger daughter from first wife Reena, Ira Khan is 22-years-old. Her public appearances have not been many and the star kid prefers to keep a low profile. However, she does get papped whenever she is spotted with dad Aamir. As a first-time voter, Ira is expected to vote on April 29.

Actor Pooja Bedi's daughter Alaia is an Internet sensation and  21-years-old. However, it is not clear whether she will be casting a vote as she spends most of her time outside India. Alaia had garnered limelight last year for bashing cyber bullies.

just because they are eligible to vote, doesnt mean they will - most of them like aryan and suhana live outside of India. and if you have JUST turned 18, as have khushi and all, its unlikely they will have gotten the required documents in place already.

Provided they exercise their right. These entitled star kids dont look interested at all.
